The Orchard still has a few Cottages available for this Fall. We do offer individual leases as well as roommate matching assistance for anyone applying individually. You can post for roommates on our Facebook page or just give us a call at 865-579-1881.
Some whole Cottages are still available in the 4 Bedroom floor plans as well! Starting at just $515 per bedroom w/ cable and internet included, you can have your own Cottage at the price of a regular apartment!
