Lease Assignment Starts Next Week

We have had an incredible amount of applications submitted for leasing a Cottage in The Orchard this August. We are working thru each application now and making sure that roommates are placed together. We plan to begin credit checks next week and will be able to determine whose spot is secure and which applicants currently on the wait list will be able to get a spot. The 3 and 4 bedrooms...

Construction to begin first week of February
